The German based automaker Volkswagen has recently announced that the all-new Passat Alltrack has been launched in the United Kingdom, where the model has a starting price of 28,475 GBP.

According to Volkswagen’s British division, even if the model has been announced, deliveries will start, just like in the rest of Europe, on the 28th of May, when the Passat Alltrack will hit the dealerships. Volkswagen says that the Passat Alltrack in the UK will only get a single trim level, and its future customers will have to choose between two engines, the 2.0 liter TDI diesel which is coming in two outputs, 140 horsepower, with a six-speed manual transmission, and 170 horsepower, with a six-speed DSG double clutch transmission.

The first one will have a starting price of 28,475 GBP, while the latter will be offered for 31,025 GBP, and the list of standard equipment includes the tire pressure monitoring system, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control, Bluetooth, MDI iPod connectivity, DAB radio, RNS 315 touch screen satellite navigation system, two-zone climate control, Alcantara upholstery, Driver Alert System which is detecting fatigue, ESP, Park Assist, Side Scan Lane Change Assist, Adaptive Chassis Control, Automatic Distance Control with City Emergency Braking function and 18-inch Canyon alloy wheels.
