The Volkswagen Polo GT TSI has been recently launched in India, where its future customers will have to pay Rs. 7.99 lakhs before getting their hands on the vehicle.
The turbocharged version of the hatchback is differentiated by the regular siblings thanks to the GT badges on the front and rear fascias and by the GT TSI stickers on the C-pillar. The cabin of the model is getting grey and black seats, leather wrapped handbrake lever and gearshift knob, sporty pedals and illuminated door sills. The price list for the Polo GT TSI has been set at 7.99 lakhs and it’s available for order in the Asian country.
The VW Polo GT TSI is powered by a 1.2 liter engine, which is turbocharged and direct injected, and it’s producing a total output of 105 BHP, with a peak torque of 175 Nm, which is available from as low as 1,500 rpm. The model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.7 seconds. The VW Polo GT TSI is getting a 7-speed DSG transmission. Fuel economy stays at 17.2 km/L.
