Volkswagen Polo Sedan launched in Malaysia image

The all-new Volkswagen Polo Sedan has been recently launched in Malaysia by the German based automaker.

After the Volkswagen Polo Sedan has been caught on camera earlier this year in Malaysia, the model is once again placed into the spotlights, this time by the company, which has announced that the vehicle has been launched in the Asian country. According to the car manufacturer, the Volkswagen PoloSedan is coming with a chrome finishing on the front grille, height adjustable halogen headlights, green-tinted heat-absorbing glass and 15-inch alloy wheels. The chrome accents are continued in the cabin too where the model is getting a chrome package for the AC vents, light switches, steering wheel, hand brake and gearshift.

Volkswagen says that the Polo Sedan is available in Malaysia with a choice of six colors, the Deep Black, the Reflex Silver, the Shadow Blue, the Terra Beige, the Flash Red and the Candy White. The cabin of the model is getting rear doors with storage pockets, four speakers, multi-function display, four electric windows and many other interesting features, like the EBD, four airbags and Intelligent Crash Response System.

Under the hood, the Volkswagen Polo Sedan is coming with a 1.6 liter MPI naturally-aspirated engine, which is developing a total output of 105 PS and 153 Nm of torque, mated to a six-speed torque-converter automatic transmission. The model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 12.3 seconds before reaching a top speed of 183 km/h and it burns 6.5 liters of fuel every 100 km. Prices are set at RM99,888 without insurance and registration.
