The German based automaker Volkswagen has recently pulled the wraps off a special edition of the Amarok, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, named the Amarok Dark Label Edition.
The new Volkswagen Amarok Dark Label Edition has been officially presented to the public during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. The model in question is actually based on the Amarok Trencline and it’s coming with features like the blacked out B-pillars, the tinted rear windows, the smoked taillights, tubular side steps, silver underbody guard, black accents on the rear bumper, on the rollover bar, on the handles and on the mirrors, and 18-inch alloy wheels.
“The Amarok from Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles not only impresses with its on-road and off-road capabilities, but also with its visual appearance. The more sporty-elegant image of the special “Dark Label” model now sets the tone with unique visual accents”, as Volkswagen says in its official press release.
The cabin of the VW Amarok Dark Label Edition hasn’t been left unchanged either and this is now coming with Alcantara upholstery, heated front seats and velour floor mats, or with a Durabed bed liner coating, a multifunction steering wheel or an RCD 310 radio. The model in question is only available as a DoubleCab and it can be combined with any of the engine and drivetrain versions, in RWD or 4WD. Prices for the VW Amarok Dark Label start at 36,271 EUR, for the 103 kW TDI RWD model.
