Volkswagen has recently announced the launch of the Tiguan Match in the United Kingdom, where the model in question has been priced from 23,245 GBP.
According to the car manufacturer, the new Volkswagen Tiguan Match edition is actually replacing the Tiguan SE in the company’s compact SUV lineup and the model is coming with a fresh set of 17-inch New Orleans alloy wheels, the only exterior change, so this will not stand out from a crowd by jumping and raising its arms in the air. In the cabin, things are quite different, as the vehicle is getting the RNS 315 color touch screen satellite navigation system, the Bluetooth, MDI media interface, leather trimmed multi function steering wheel and more.
Changes won’t stop here as the Tiguan Match is also coming with DAB digital radio, front and rear parking sensors, Park Assist, two-zone climate control and picnic tables, amongst others. Volkswagen is offering the Tiguan Match with a choice of diesel and petrol engines, mated to either manual or DSG transmissions, and the cheapest version is the 1.4 liter TSI powered, with its 158 HP. This is coming with 2WD while the cheapest AWD variant is getting a 2.0 liter TDI diesel engine, with 175 HP. The Match 2WD starts at 23,245 GBP while the 4WD TDI costs 28,740 GBP.
