Following yesterday’s first video teaser about its planned IAA Frankfurt Motor Show concept, today the Swedish company revealed two additional teaser videos, set to build up hype for tomorrow’s planned web unveiling.
It appears that Volvo’s latest concept will look significantly different to the company’s styling language used in the last several years. As we found out from the videos, it will be the first car penned by Volvo’s new chief designer Thomas Ingenlath who will be responsible for refreshing the aesthetics of future models coming from the Geely-owned company.
Besides a sleek coupe design, we can also notice a long hood with a generous front grille and stylish LED front and rear light clusters. Also, after watching the third teaser we can notice the interior will use a mixture of wood, aluminum and leather, together with a three-spoke steering wheel and the implementation of Volvo’s FCWS – Forward Collision Warning System.
The 2013 IAA is just right around the corner, starting 10th of September (public days will be a bit later, September 14 to 22) and we can expect lots of new concepts to be teased before that and even unveiled, just like the Volvo concept.
