The Swedish based automaker Volvo has recently announced that a limited edition of the XC60, named the Inscription, will be launched soon.
According to the car manufacturer, the all-new Volvo XC60 Inscription will be officially presented to the public later on this month (April, 2012) and the model will also go on sale worldwide right after that. Volvo says that the XC60 Inscription will come with a choice of four colors for the seats, with full leather upholstery. The Inscription package will also add a special effect paint, a charcoal headliner and a fresh set of 20-inch wheels.
“Many consumers we talk to have exclusive, individual tastes. The Inscription version is very designed around their preferences, by offering the opportunity to give the XC60 a highly personal tounch”, said the senior vice president of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service from Volvo Car Corporation, Doug Speck.
Volvo says that the Inscription package for the XC60 will also include tread plates with the Inscription loco, door panel insert matching color of the upholstery, center armrest in leather with stitching, headrests front with embroidered Inscription logo and electrically adjustable lumbar support. The Inscription package can be ordered with all the engine options available for the XC60 and the model will also be shown at the Leipzig Motor Show in June, 2012, after it will go on sale this month.
