Two new renderings involving the 2015 Volkswagen Passat have just hit the web and they are revealing the model in a completely new body style, a two-door coupe.
We can already imagine the wagon version of the new Volkswagen Passat generation but it seems that the German based automaker will like to step in to a new segment, so the development of other body styles is not ruled out completely. The two images posted below are renderings and they have been signed by Theophilus Chin but besides being real only in the virtual world, we have to admit that it looks quite appealing.
As you probably already know by now, the 2015 Volkswagen Passat has been officially unveiled just last week and it has 4,767 mm in length, 1,832 mm in width and 1,456 mm in height. VW says that this is making it 2 mm shorter, 12 mm wider and 6 mm lower than the current versions. Standard items found on the car include the Dynamic Light Assist, the LED headlights, the LED taillights and more. As far as the cargo space goes, this has increased by 57 liters, to a total of 650 liters.
