The Australian tuning company Walkinshaw Performance has recently announced that work is being made on the Holden Cruze.
The Holden Cruze, which is the Australian name for the Chevrolet Cruze, is about to become cooler thanks to the guys at Walkinshaw Performance, who have announced that the model is close to getting a new upgrade program. According to the tuning company, the Holden Cruze is expected to get a lot of power from the standard engine lineup which will be modified but, besides the power boost, some exterior modifications are most likely to be adopted by the vehicle too.
Walkinshaw Performance is saying that the new 1.4 liter iTi Turbo engine can provide an extra 80 percent more power and 50 percent more torque so if the standard output of the unit is 138 horsepower, after the tuner will modify it will be able to put down an impressive 241 horsepower and a peak torque of 228 lb-ft (310 Nm), compared to the standard 147 lb-ft (200 Nm) of torque. The Holden Cruze will be fitted with an upgraded turbocharger, a dual-outlet stainless steel exhaust system, a custom exhaust manifold, a recalibrated suspension and a fresh set of 18-inch alloy wheels finished in white.
