Audi is well on the works of refreshing one of its most interesting cars to date – the A7 four-door coupe. Now, our spy photographers have caught the sporty S7 version around the Nürburgring racetrack.
With Audi not a huge lover of design revolutions, we should expect the model to feature very subtle changes – which would affect the lower parts of the body – the roof section wasn’t even camouflaged.
So, following the bigger S8 refresh motto, the S7 should feature incredibly subtle design changes and the addition of the highly technical Audi’s Matrix LED headlights that let the driver use the high beam without glaring oncoming traffic partners.
The front will host most of the changes, with subtle inputs that would see the bonnet and bumper refreshed, while the interior should feature new trim options, as well as the updated MMI entertainment system that originally debuted on the new A8.
Audi will of course also bring the revised engines from the A8/S8 – as the A7/S7 line-up shares them with the bigger sedan – which means improved performance and reduced fuel consumption.
