Some patent images revealing a rally-like Range Rover Evoque have recently ended up on the web and, if this turns out to be a simple marketing strategy, the company has managed to trick everyone.
The British based automaker Land Rover is probably getting ready to introduce the Range Rover Evoque to the world of rallying if we should judge by the patent images which have recently leaked and if this turns out to be true, it will be one of the most stylish racers ever. The Range Rover Evoque pictured below may very well become a simple limited edition of the model, which can be offered in China, so until the carmaker will step forward and explain these images, we really don’t know what we’ve got.
The Range Rover Evoque has been in production ever since 2011 and the model in question is currently being assembled in the United Kingdom and in India. The vehicle is being offered in two body styles, three-door and five-door, with a front-engine and front-wheel drive or a front-engine and all-wheel drive layout. The Evoque stands at 4,365 – 4,355 mm long (5-door – 3-door), 1,895 mm wide and 1,665 – 1,605 mm tall.
