Well, except the fact that maintenance will probably cost a lot, we cannot really complain.
A team of students from Florence University have put together a very special version of the Skoda Superb’s third generation, as the model has been wrapped in leather. The project has been tasked by Jozef Kaban, the Skoda’s chief designer, and he has created a unique vehicle with a full leather treatment applied to its exterior design, with a brown shade, contrasted by the chrome details and silver multi-spoke alloy wheels of the car. This particular ride will not be displayed for the public, so don’t expect to see it anywhere, because it will be kept at the carmaker’s headquarters, in the Czech Republic.
The new generation of the Skoda Superb has a lot of important direct rivals which include the Ford Mondeo or the Volkswagen Passat, amongst others. The model in question is riding on the MQB platform, which has been signed by the Volkswagen Group, and it has received better quality materials compared to its predecessor, along with a cargo capacity of 625 liters, with the rear seats up in position. This is 84 more than what the Mondeo has to offer and 39 more than the Passat. Some of the features available for the car include the infotainment system, the tri-zone climate control, heated seats, Canton audio system, Traffic Jam Assist, Crew Protective Assist, Lane Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control and so on. The engine lineup has petrol units producing between 125 HP and 280 HP, along with TDI diesel burners generating between 120 HP and 190 HP.
