And it’s a truly eye-turning ride, too bad the driver is making it look bad.
McLaren has started delivering the 650S Spider quite some time ago and since then we have seen some pretty weird finishes for the British supercar but we cannot really put our finger on this one, so you should better judge it for us. This exotic ride is wearing a white and blue finish on its body, coming with five-double-spoke rims with a silver look covering the red brake calipers. The interior design has been “dressed” in black and we also have to mention to polo shirt of the driver with its collar up.
Under its hood, the same 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine which is used across the range is found. On the 650S, the unit is capable of producing a total output of 641 HP (478 kW) and 680 Nm (500 lb-ft) of torque. The rear mid-mounted unit is connected to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission which is sending power to the rear wheels, allowing the exotic British supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3 seconds and to go up to a top speed of 325 km/h (204 mph). The 650S has replaced the old MP4-12C but this is really an evolution of the previous supercar. The model has been unveiled at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show and it is being offered in two body styles, coupe and roadster.
