Wrap Works modifies Opel Astra H OPC Nurburgring Edition image

The aftermarket specialists at Wrap Works have recently pulled the wraps off their latest creation, an upgraded Opel Astra H OPC Nurburgring Edition.

The Opel Astra H OPC may have left the production line a while back but that doesn’t mean that this isn’t an interesting hot hatch for the C-segment and, in order to show us that it still has what it needs to provide its driver with this daily dose of adrenalin, the model has been chosen by Wrap Works for modification. But this isn’t just any Opel Astra H OPC and in fact it’s a Nurburgring Edition, out of which 835 units have been produced. This is number 26.

The Opel Astra H OPC Nurburgring Edition signed by Wrap Works is still powered by the same 2.0 liter turbocharged engine, which is producing a total output of 240 HP (177 kW). The model is getting titan-metallic and high-gloss foils, priced at 1,250 euros, and the soundtrack is provided by a centrally-mounted tailpipe made by Remus. The hot hatch also gets Pipecross air filter, Eibach springs, Courtenay PU motor bearing, ATE brake calipers, Whiteline-rear axle-stabilizer and 18-inch Nitro wheels wrapped in 225/40 Hankook Ventus V12 tires.
