The anticipated Maserati Levante SUV will be offered for sale by the end of next year, as the company has recently announced.
After being previewed by the Kubang Concept, caught on camera by spy photographers and rumored several times, the upcoming Maserati Levante is getting ready to go on sale, but if you are looking to buy such a model, you will be in for a long wait because the car manufacturer is saying that the SUV will be offered to its future customers by the end of next year.
The Maserati Levante is part of the company’s global strategy of adding more models as this includes the Alfieri, in its two body styles, coupe and convertible, along with a replacement for the GranTurismo Coupe. The SUV will be based on the Ghibli and it will be offered with an all-wheel drive Q4 system, which will be specifically adapted for it.
As far as the engine lineup goes, rumor has it that it will include the 3.0 liter twin turbo V6, which is good for 410 HP (306 kW). The 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 will also be offered on the model, with its 530 HP (395 kW), along with the 3.0 liter V6 turbo diesel, producing 271 HP (202 kW). The Levante will be assembled at the Mirafiori facility, in Turin, Italy.
