The midsize crossover developed by Audi, the SQ5 TDI, can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.1 seconds.
The Audi SQ5 TDI is actually the very first S model with a diesel engine and the midsize crossover has been officially presented to the public two months ago, during the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans. But now the vehicle is back and the German based automaker is placing it into the spotlights one more time by announcing some interesting performance figures like the 0 to 100 km/h acceleration time.
According to the German based automaker, the Audi SQ5 is able to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.1 seconds and its two turbos aren’t just providing the proper operations but they play a huge role in making the 3.0 six-cylinder diesel engine’s total output, which goes all the way up to 313 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque, available between 1,450 and 2,800 rpm. The engine is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission which is sending power to the Quattro all-wheel drive system. The Audi SQ5 can reach a top speed of 155 mph and it can return 39.2 mpg.
