Celebrity cars: Sylvester Slallone’s cars

Sylvester Stallone, the person behind characters like Rambo or Rocky Balboa is one of the highest paid actors, usually playing monosyllablic, antisociety, underdog heroes.

Stallone has attempted to extend his range into film comedies and drama, his real box office success continues in action films.

Stallone still recalls how he spent his first Rocky pay cheque.

“It was for $300,” he confides. “For $60 I bought a corduroy suit for the premiere. Ha! And the other $240 I spent on a secondhand Volvo.

Cars clearly remain a passion and a symbol of Stallone’s rise from rags to riches, although his good friend Arnie might not approve.
