The British based automaker Jaguar has pulled the wraps off a special edition of the XFR, named the Speed Pack, during the 2012 Moscow Motor Show.
According to the car manufacturer, the Jaguar XFR Speed Pack is getting the popular 5.0 liter V8 supercharged engine, which is producing a total output of 510 horsepower and it has a peak torque of 625 horsepower. Unlike the regular version of the model, the Jaguar XFR Speed Pack can achieve a top speed of 280 km/h. Jaguar says that the new performances of the powerful luxury car have been achieved thanks to a modified ECU, a front apron and a rear diffuser.
More details on the Jaguar XFR Speed Pack aren’t known for the moment but the company is expected to release them this autumn. Besides the XFR Speed Pack, Jaguar has also brought two special versions of the XF and the XJ, powered by the 3.0 liter V6 engine, which is developing a total output of 340 horsepower, sent to the Jaguar Drive Control all-wheel drive.
