The British division of Ford has announced the expanding of the Focus range in the United Kingdom with the all-new Studio version.
The Studio will replace the Ford Focus Sport, which has been on sale since October 2010, and it will be offered as a five-door hatch with 85PS 1.5 Ti-VCT powertrain. The new Focus will have fuel consumption of 47.9 mpg and, according to the manufacturer, it will be available in three color choices: Frozen White, Moondust Silver and Panther Black.
“With the high end of the new Focus range fully established, we are now making it easier for our customers to get behind the wheel at the entry level – and this new Studio model is not only affordable but it is also well equipped, attractive and economical too”, said Ford Britain’s managing director, Nigel Sharp.
Being priced at 13.995 pounds, the new Focus Studio will come this September with standard features such as ESP, Ford Easy Fuel ‘capless’ refueling, electrically-operated front windows, air-conditioning, USB connectivity, radio/CD player, 16-inch alloy wheels, body-colored rear spoiler and door mirrors.
