An image depicting a possible Audi RS3 Sedan has ended up on the web giving shivers to the company’s fans.
The German based automaker Audi is currently working on an RS3 version of its sedan. Despite the rumors and the official statements that the Audi S3 will remain the range topping version of the model, the company seems to have started the development of an RS3. The model in question, which can be seen in the image posted above, will be quite different in its final production form and it will be wearing a more aggressive body kit, it will most likely stand closer to the ground and it will be riding on larger wheels.
The Audi RS3 Sedan will be more powerful than the current S3 Sedan, which is packing a 2.0 liter TFSI engine under its hood, rated at 300 HP (221 kW) and 380 Nm (280 lb-ft) of torque. This is allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 5.3 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The future Audi RS3 Sedan should be officially unveiled sometimes next year. More details on it are limited for the moment.
