The 2013 Audi RS4 Avant has been launched in the Netherlands where the powerful station wagon has a starting price of 110,220 euros.
The new generation of the Audi RS4 Avant is coming with a large hexagonal grille with aluminum style finish, and the design is being continued to the LED daytime running lights, to the large air inlets, front splitter, which gives it the look of a racecar and by the company’s signature, the dual oval exhaust. A fresh set of alloy wheel has also been added to complete the design, along with sports seats, with bucket seats available as an option, aluminum accents, leather multi-function steering wheel and a lot of other interesting features.
The most important “part” of the Audi RS4 Avant is the engine and this is coming as a 4.2 liter V8, which is good for 444 horsepower and 430 Nm of torque (318 lb-ft). Audi says that the new RS4 Avant is able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.7 seconds, before reaching an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The speed limiter can be removed and this will allow you to go up to 280 km/h (174 mph). The unit is being mated to a seven-speed S tronic transmission which is powering the Quattro all-wheel drive system, with a 40:60 front/rear distribution.
