TC Concepts Unveils Audi R8 Toxique Carbon Fibre Kit

TC Concepts, the German tuning house, has released a new body kit for the Audi R8 called the Toxique. The package is aimed at R8 owners looking for a more aggressive appearance and a higher degree of exclusivity, using carbon fibre as its main component.
Carbon fibre bodywork and options
The Toxique kit replaces the standard R8 panels with a new front bumper, flared wheel arches, side skirts, rear bumper with large vents, quarter panels with integrated intakes, mirror caps, and a rear diffuser. A large rear wing is available as an optional extra. All components are available in full carbon fibre at a price of €16,800. For those seeking a less expensive option, TC Concepts will supply the same kit in a mix of carbon fibre and glass fibre for €9,800.
The use of carbon fibre throughout the bodywork not only reduces weight but also sets the Toxique apart visually from standard R8s and other aftermarket conversions.
