New renderings with the upcoming BMW 2-Series Coupe have just hit the web and the images posted below may offer us a first look into the final production version of the model.
The German based automaker BMW is already known to have tested the upcoming 2-Series Coupe, along with its drop top brother, the 2-Series Cabrio, but for the moment, no one outside the company knows what the final production version of the model will look like so images like the ones posted below are always welcomed. The photos in question have been officially posted on Humster3d.com and they represent renderings of the 2-Series Coupe, in its final production variant.
The BMW 2-Sereis Coupe is expected to be powered by a 2.0 liter gasoline four-cylinder petrol engine, which will become available in three outputs, 150 HP (112 kW), 177 HP (132 kW) and 218 HP (163 kW), along with a turbodiesel, producing 214 HP (160 kW). The model will probably receive an M version, in the next year, and even a hybrid variant, considering the fact that almost all future models will get their very own hybrid version. The inline six-cylinder 3.0 liter engine, with 315 HP (235 kW) and 450 Nm of torque (332 lb-ft), might also make its way under the hood of the 2-Series Coupe.
