The first two images with the new generation of the Toyota Corolla have made their way onto the web, revealing the model ahead of its public debut scheduled for later on this year.
The new generation of the Toyota Corolla, which is wearing the 2014 model year in its name, has leaked in a couple of images for the first time. The model has a similar look, in its final production form, to the Furia concept, which was unveiled back in January, during the 2013 Detroit Motor Show. This isn’t the first time when the 2014 Toyota Corolla leaked and, just a few days ago, the ordering guide has been posted by a dealer on the internet.
The 2014 Toyota Corolla will come in four different versions, the base, the LE, the S and the Eco. The entry-level version will receive a six-speed manual transmission or an optional four-speed automatic, while the higher grades will come with an optional CVT, which should help improve the fuel efficiency. The 2014 Toyota Corolla will be powered by a 1.8 liter four-cylinder engine. Additional details on the new generation of the Toyota Corolla are limited for the moment and will be announced close to its debut.
