The South Korean based car manufacturer Hyundai is teasing its i-oniq concept ahead of the Geneva Motor Show unveiling in March next year.
With every major automaker out there focusing its efforts on the upcoming Detroit Motor Show, Hyundai is taking a step beyond that and it’s actually getting ready for the Geneva Motor Show, which will officially open its gates in March, 2012. And what can be a better way to get ready for an international automotive event, if you are a carmaker, than by teasing your latest creation, in this case the Hyundai i-oniq concept.
As you can see from the image above, the Hyundai i-oniq concept has the shape of a car and it’s standing on a black background. We’re just kidding but from that teaser image you can’t really understand anything and Hyundai might have just released a dark photo of it. “Two strong arched curves define the silhouette of the i-oniq, creating a playful contrast between the sharp character lines and soft but muscular features”, as the concept car has been described by the company’s European chief engineer, Thomas Burkle.
Sadly we don’t have any details on the Hyundai i-oniq concept but the manufacturer will definitely release them one the vehicle will debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.
