The first ever Arabian supercar, the Lykan HyperSport, will make its public debut, in a final production form, at the 2013 Dubai Motor Show.
The Lykan HyperSport was officially unveiled just earlier this year, in a concept form, at the 2013 Qatar Motor Show, but the Arabian carmaker has some big plans for the model as it will be produced in just 7 units. According to the company, the final production version of the Lykan HyperSport will be officially unveiled next month, during the 2013 Dubai Motor Show, which will be held between the 5th and the 9th of November.
The brand new Lykan HyperSport will be powered by an unidentified mid-mounted twin turbocharged flat six-cylinder engine, possibly made by Porsche, which will produce a total output of 750 HP and it will have a peak torque of 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft). Power will be sent to the rear-wheel drive through a seven-speed dual clutch transmission, which will allow the supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 2.8 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 395 km/h (2455 mph). Prices for each of the 7 units of the Lykan HyperSport will be set at 3,4 million USD (2.5m EUR).
