One of the hottest sports cars of the moment, the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT, is taking our front lines once more, this time with the help of a new video, which has been released by the German based automaker. The clip posted below is showing the impressive ride in a 4k Ultra HD resolution on the Circuit of Americas, in a fast lap and doing some donuts at the end.
The Mercedes-Benz AMG GT has officially replaced the SLS AMG, despite being smaller, cheaper and less powerful, and it has been unveiled just last week. The sports car is powered by the brand new 4.0 liter V8 twin turbo engine, which is producing a total output of 462 HP (339 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque, or 510 HP (375 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque, in the AMG GT S version. The first one needs 4.0s from 0 to 100 km/h and it can go up to 304 km/h (189 mph), while the latter needs just 3.8 seconds and it can reach 310 km/h (193 mph).
