Chevrolet has set the starting price for the 2015 Corvette Z06 in Europe at €99,500 for the coupe and €104,500 for the convertible. European deliveries are scheduled to begin in spring 2015, following the model’s earlier US launch.

2015 Corvette Z06 European Pricing and Availability

  • Z06 Coupe: €99,500
  • Z06 Convertible: €104,500
  • Z06 Performance Package: €16,780 (optional)

The Z06 arrives as the most powerful production Corvette to reach European showrooms, powered by a 6.2-litre supercharged V8 producing 650hp (485kW) and 881Nm of torque. Buyers can choose between a 7-speed manual gearbox or an optional 8-speed automatic. Chevrolet claims 0-60mph in 3.2 seconds for the manual, dropping to 2.95 seconds with the automatic.

Comparison with US Pricing

The price difference between Europe and the US is significant. American buyers pay from $78,995 for the Z06 coupe, but European pricing reflects import duties, taxes and shipping. These factors contribute to the higher cost for European customers. Despite the increased price, the Z06 offers one of the most powerful engines in its class for the money in Europe, targeting enthusiasts seeking American muscle performance.

Market Position and Rivals

The Z06’s arrival follows its European debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The car sits above the standard Corvette Stingray in Chevrolet’s range and is aimed at buyers considering high-performance rivals from brands such as Porsche and Ferrari. With its high power output and competitive price for the segment, the Z06 is positioned to attract attention from enthusiasts seeking a distinctive alternative to established European sports cars.
