Liberty Walk’s Ferrari 458 Italia gets radical widebody and PUR wheels
Liberty Walk’s extreme kit transforms the Ferrari 458 Italia with bolt-on arches, carbon aero and air suspension, finished by 20-inch PUR LG08 wheels.
Liberty Walk has given the Ferrari 458 Italia a dramatic overhaul with its latest widebody kit, pairing aggressive styling with a set of 20-inch PUR LG08 wheels. The Japanese tuner’s approach is anything but subtle, with exposed bolt-on fender flares, a deep carbon fibre front splitter and a towering rear wing transforming the silhouette of Ferrari’s mid-engined V8 supercar.
The Liberty Walk kit for the 458 Italia includes carbon fibre components throughout, starting with the prominent front splitter and extending to new side skirts, a revised rear bumper and a large rear diffuser. The wheel arches are cut wider and finished with visible bolts, a signature of the company’s style. The stance is lowered further by an air ride suspension system, allowing the car to sit just millimetres from the tarmac when parked.
PUR LG08 wheels and stance
Completing the look, Liberty Walk fits a set of PUR LG08 forged wheels, measuring 20 inches in diameter and 12 inches wide at the rear. The wheels fill the extended arches and sit flush with the bodywork thanks to the adjustable air suspension. The result is a visual impact that pushes the 458 Italia far beyond Ferrari’s original lines.
No performance changes, all about style
Liberty Walk’s kit leaves the 458’s mechanicals as Ferrari intended. The 4.5-litre V8, paired with a seven-speed dual clutch automatic, still delivers 0-62mph in 3.0 seconds and a 202mph top speed. The focus is on presence rather than outright speed, with the dramatic bodywork and lowered stance drawing attention wherever it appears.
