Engine options and performance
MINI will offer the Paceman with a familiar range of engines. The base version uses a 1.6-litre petrol engine producing 120hp, while the Cooper S Paceman gets a turbocharged 1.6-litre unit with 181hp. At the top of the range, the John Cooper Works Paceman will deliver up to 215hp. All versions are expected to be available with either front-wheel drive or MINI’s ALL4 all-wheel-drive system, mirroring the Countryman lineup.
MINI has not released full technical specifications or pricing ahead of the Paris debut. The leaked images confirm that the production car retains much of the concept’s styling, including the two-door layout and distinctive rear treatment.
